Le poste : 


As Part of its strategic ambition to significantly increase its Direct To Customer sales channels by 2025, and in order to be able to reach a 1 Day Delivery target of its Product in the biggest cities around the world, Clarins as launched an ambitious Transformation Program called REBOOT, standing for REinvent the Back Office Of Tomorrow!


Les missions :


This Group Program intends to align, simplify and optimize Processes in the following Key Corporate functions:
- Manufacturing and Supply Chain are currently integrated in the SCOOP Tool, however processes need to be simplified and aligned to Best Practices in order to prepare for the future REBOOT Scope
- Local Operations: In order to finalize the worldwide integration of Supply Chain started with SCOOP, REBOOT will cover Commercial processes in the hubs/subsidiaries from their orders to the Central to their Deliveries to Customers.
- Finance: In order to allow quicker and more accurate Decision Making to drive the company, all Financial functions worldwide will be organized around the same Core Model.
- Procurement: With REBOOT, Procurement will become fully Digital
- Human Resources: In our ever-changing world, and as part of our strong Corporate values, Employees are really seen as a foundation of our Success. Attracting and retaining Talents, Developing the employee Journey are some of the topics to be addressed by REBOOT HR Stream
REBOOT is a true international Program with contributors actively involved from more than 15 countries. It is a key Pillar in the Company Strategy and Transformation journey. In this context, we are looking for our HRIS Project Director


The HR Project Director will be accountable for the total delivery of the Reboot HR Stream. Together with her/his team, she/he will address all key HR Processes:
• Attract & Recruit
• OnBoard
• Perform
• Talent Management
• Training Processes
• Recognize
• Prepare for transition
• To be completed by additional relevant process

A good understanding of these processes is absolutely needed in order to act as a support to the team experts.

It will be under the HR Project Director's responsibility to:
• Streamline employee life cycle key processes from hire to retire (Talent Acquisition, Employee on & off boarding, Employee administration (includes benefits & payroll admin), Compensation & Performance, Talent Management & Learning
• Support the Group HRD in the design of the HR delivery model
• Analyse current state on all these processes worldwide
• Design / Harmonize processes between all countries
• Find / implement technology to support, automize (increase productivity) the processes and the organization
• Organize, Drive and Follow up all activities in the HR Stream of REBOOT
• Engage HR and leaders during design and implementation
• Structure and drive change management process
• Help to develop dashboard and KPIs
• Drive countries adoption and execution
• Follow-up deployment in HQ and in all the subsidiaries
• Make sure HR is part of a consistent Core Model, driving all necessary coordination activities with Other Streams Directors (FIN, Operations, IT,…)


Vous êtes :


- Fluent in French / English. Chinese or any Asian language is a plus


Vous avez :


- Academic background / diploma required: HR Degree / Business School
- Number of years of experience required: 15+ years
- Previous experience in driving HR Transformation Programs in large international context
- Main skills:
 Act according to Clarins Company Values: Respect, Engagement, Cooperation, Audacity, Passion
 Strong project management (PMP appreciated)
 Strong knowledge of HR Best Practices and State of the Art HRIS Tools
 Rigor & Organization
 Leadership: ability to gather around common objectives in a matrix organization
